Overcoming Childhood Depression/Anxiety

It can be incredibly difficult to find yourself after a lifetime of mental illness. It can feel like you never developed a personality without your illness. There is light at the end of the tunnel though; you can find a new version of yourself who thrives on peace instead of chaos.
